Time Magazine Columnist Joe Klein says Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin are Engageing in Sedition

Isn’t funny when some Democrats and Left-Wing radicals call Former President George W. Bush, Aldof Hitler, call for his death in movies, speeches and song. They were overwhelming  silent.  When it come to Barack Obama the race card is played out, warning of violence  and in the case of Time Magazine columnist Joe Klein  that conservatives are seditious.

On Sunday Klein on NBC’s ” The Chris Matthews Show”  he said just that:”I did a little bit of research just before this show – it’s on this little napkin here. I looked up the definition of sedition which is conduct or language inciting rebellion against the authority of the state. And a lot of these statements, especially the ones coming from people like Glenn Beck and to a certain extent Sarah Palin, rub right up close to being seditious.”

Where was Klein when with the threats against GW Bush Oh Yeah he didn’t denounce it.

Klein uses  a dictionary definition of sedition. As Klein pointed out, the legal definition of sedition is “a revolt or an incitement to revolt against established authority.”

Also Former President Bill Clinton has been a battle with Talk Radio powerhouse Rush Limbaugh. On the 15th Anniversary of the Oklahoma City Bombing which kill over a hundred and sixty men, women and children saying”the words we use really do matter.”

“What we learned from Oklahoma City is not that we should gag each other or that we should reduce our passion for the positions we hold – but that the words we use really do matter, because there’s this vast echo chamber, and they go across space and they fall on the serious and the delirious alike. They fall on the connected and the unhinged alike,” he said.

“One of the things that the conservatives have always brought to the table in America is a reminder that no law can replace personal responsibility. And the more power you have and the more influence you have, the more responsibility you have.”

An interesting sentiment considering this is the same thing President Clinton did by blasting talk radio. in 1995 when the Bombing by Timothy Mc Veigh and Terry Nichols plotted and carried out the destruction of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building.

Democrats double standard on freedom speech is breathtaking.  Here we are Tea Party are peaceful non-violent folk. A few Tea Party protesters attacked including a Ken Gladney of St. Louis members of SEIU last spring at a protest in the St. Louis area. The other a man from Thousand Oak in my neck of the woods Southern California.

Were was President Obama on this AWOL, most Democratic members of congress in the House of Representative and the Senate on these incidents  against the Tea Party nowhere to be found.

What about Chris Matthews , Keith Oberman and other of his ilk in the so call main stream media on the attacks against the Tea Party protesters nothing. This is phony and they know it.

Here is this from Former US Senator Hillary Rhodham Clinton in 2003: I am sick and tired of people who say that if you debate and you disagree with this administration, somehow you’re not patriotic, and we should stand up and say, “WE ARE AMERICANS AND WE HAVE A RIGHT TO DEBATE AND DISAGREE WITH ANY ADMINISTRATION!”

Secretary of State Clinton was right. Too bad her husband The President doesn’t see it the same way. (Ironically, Mrs. Clinton credit with the phrase ” Right Wing conspiracy against her husband.)

How about a left-wing conspiracy against the h-m-m-m Ronald Reagan, George Herbert Walker Bush his son George Walker Bush. Nah! Nothing to see here. Move along.

What a bunch left-wing bullshit I have ever seen. Can’t wait for November and This black man is glad that I am no longer a Democrat. My conscience is clear.

    Mr. Klein,

On “Media Matters,” you indicated that the tragic shootings in Arizona on 01/08/11, may have been brought about by extremists on both sides of the political debate. Are you serious? While both sides engage in negative speech about “the other side,” I have never heard those on MSNBC advocate violence or use hate speech; on FOX and right-wing radio, that is the norm. I moved to North Carolina (pretty moderate in my university town) where I hear high school students repeating the hate-filled speech they hear for FOX and the radio to which they and their parents are addicted. Try as I might, I cannot remember even one instance where Keith, Rachel, Ed, and others, have advocated violence. If I am wrong, prove it.
