Next Arctic Outbreak Will Be Colder and More Dangerous

High winds  and  heavy snow will lambasted the Great Plains and Midwest another outbreak on  Thursday. This region of the U. S. face sub-zero wind chill between  zero and minus thirty below.

Snowfall accumulations between 3-6 inches up 8 in.  Cities in Great Plains and Midwest include: Omaha, Neb., Kansas City, Mo., Des Moines, Iowa, Moline, Ill. St. Louis, Mo., and Indianapolis, Ind.

Cities along the Great Lakes will be clobbered with heavy lake effect snow. Chicago and  Milwaukee could up to a foot of snow.

The South and the Mississippi River Valley will  experience rain,  freezing rain,  and snow.  Temperatures from the twenties in Kentucky  to the fifties in  South Florida.
