Washington Post Political Reporter Chris Cillizza is reporting that embattled Senator Chris Dodd will announce on Wednesday that he will not seek re-election ending a nearly 30 year career.
There’s speculation that Dodd would retire and there was a feeling among Democrats that he could not win election.
