For all of the hollering by those who insist that we should not drill in this country. I Suggest this drilling but place heavy restrictions and double the fines against the oil companies that cause massive oil spills. Oil spills will happen but very strict guidelines will reduce the spills; we. can. do. it! And do it safely.
